Need IONIC developer experienced with Capacitor

I am looking for an experienced IONIC developer who is familiar with Capacitor. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
- User Authentication: The app will require a secure login system to authenticate users.
- Push Notifications: The app should be able to send push notifications to users.
- Offline Functionality: The app should be able to function offline, allowing users to access certain features without an internet connection.
In terms of design, I already have a design ready for the app. However, I am open to suggestions and improvements from the developer.
The timeline for this project is 1-3 months. I am looking for someone who can deliver the project within this timeframe.
