Migrate Cordova Plugin to React Native

I have a OEM provided Cordova plugin. This plugin helps build connectors to blue tooth peripheral for my Cordova Mobile App.
However we want to migrate the Cordova Plugin to React Native as our app is on React Native. For this we need you to;
1) Write 100% React Native Pure Code
2) Move every functionality of the Cordova Plugin to the RN Code
3) Test with the peripheral devices
