Ionic plugin intent feature for app

I am looking for a skilled Ionic developer to create a plugin for our app that will enable the transfer of multiple files and text from WhatsApp and Telegram.
Specific functionality:
- The plugin should allow users to seamlessly transfer files and text from WhatsApp and Telegram to our app
- The plugin should be able to handle multiple files and text transfers efficiently
Design requirements:
- I am open to suggestions for the design of the Ionic plugin.
Interactions with other apps/platforms:
- At this moment, we are not sure if there will be any other apps or platforms that the Ionic plugin should interact with, besides WhatsApp and Telegram.
