Ionic framework app tweaks
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are a food delivery company, we have 3 apps, delivery app, restaurant app and user app. The apps have a few bugs and need some minor modifications. here are the few issues
1. the onesignal is working and configured but the rider and restaurant aren't getting notifications when an order is placed
2. We need the apps to refresh after a certain time especially the rider and restaurant apps, we need them operating in real time, when an order is placed they get notification and they see the order immediately without having to refresh it.
3. We need when the restaurant accepts the order, the client gets notified of any status update. Also we need one more thing added, currently when an order is placed, the restaurants accepts the order, then selects the rider and its changed to the status ongoing. at this stage the rider can see the order. But we need this changed, we need after an order has been placed, the hotel accepts it then the status is changed to processing without them selecting the rider, then after they prepare the meal and its ready, they change the status to Awaiting Pickup (but the client shouldn't get this notification), during this stage its where they select the rider, after that the status changes to waiting for rider, once the rider arrives on their app they should have an option to confirm that the product has been picked by them, then the status changes to Dispatched, All this notifications should be seen by the client apart from the one I have said it shouldn't. After the rider arrives they change the status to delivered
4. during the last stage of delivery we have a few payment options, COD and flutterwave, they are already integrated with the apps and the website. but in kenya when we say COD most of the times we technically dont meant physical cash, we mean mobile money, I need when the rider arrives and if the client opts to pay using m-pesa, the rider to have an option to collect payment on the app, they enter the clients number and the APN push notification to make payment is sent to the client and they enter their pin and make payment, automatically it should then say paid and rider should see the status change. this is because in our app a client can pay before or on delivery. M-pesa payment is already offered by flutterwave gateway and already works the same way. if the client wants to make payment before, they select m-pesa, enter their number and they receive the payment prompt on their phone, this is waht we need replicated also at the end incase after delivery they decide to pay with m-pesa
