Ionic & Cordova project update (Android) -- 2

Hello,
I have an Ionic project on Cordova that I need help updating. It's Android-only, because for iOS we have native code. I've done some plugins and updates myself, currently running on cordova-android@10.1.2 but the Diagnostics native plugin and Bluetooth connection seems to not work correctly, plus some people have problems on newer phones, like connecting to Bluetooth or swiping to change a page in the app.
My goal is to update this project/app to the latest versions or as close as possible to latest versions of nodejs, npm, ionic, cordova, android studio, gradle, maybe java and whatever else is there, and all plugins of course. In hope that it will solve current issues of users.
I will give access to the bitbucket repo. Attached is the package.json pictures with the versions and on my machine I am able to build this project with java@1.8, node@12.22.10, npm@6.14.16, ionic@6.20.1, cordova@8.1.1
