Install & pre-configure ionic marketplace template

I need a developer to install an app template (backend-admin portal and initial app configuration google/ios) in Digital Ocean (admin portal) and play store / ios market (actuall app).
Once accepted I will provide access to different portals (Digital Ocean, DreamHost, Cloudflare) as well as different accounts that may be needed to finish the initial configuration process.
The process must be documented with possible credentials created during the process so they can be modified once the project ends.
Attached is the primary instructions for the process in case you need initial information. Other files will be supplied once the project is accepted.
