IONIC iOS App Deployment

I'm seeking an experienced IONIC mobile app developer with access to a Mac. The project involves several tasks to prepare my fully-developed app for the iOS store.

Key Tasks:
- Run the project on a Mac
- Upgrade the Ionic version
- Upgrade several packages & plugins
- Fix any issues post-upgrade
- Test the app on TestFlight
- Final release on the iOS store

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with IONIC and iOS app deployment
- Access to a Mac for development and testing
- Strong problem-solving skills to address potential upgrade issues
- Communication via Slack is essential VERY IMPORTANT
