IONIC gouvernamental mobile app check for errors and publish it

We have a mobile app made for a local gouvernamental institution and we need to be checked by errors and published to Google Play and Appstore. We have the empowerment from the gouvernamental institution to make this app and published to stores and we need an experienced mobile app developer with high experience in gouvernamental mobile apps publishing to do all the things to publish our app on Appstore and Google Play. From our previews experience it is necesary to talk with the Google and Apple support before sending the app for approval.
