Hybrid mobile app (cordova, React native, ...) for payment

Our company is issuing gift cards and we want those gift cards to be inserted in Mobile wallets (like GooglePay and ApplePay). Therefore, we have an SDK that must be included in a hybrid mobile app.
The first version of this app requires the following steps:
1. build a Cordova (or other) plugin to wrap the SDK functions and make them available to Cordova
2. build a simple app which asks for a token number and use it to send a card to the mobile wallet present on the phone using the SDK functions
This first version of the app will be for demonstration only but we will need more functionalities very soon.
