Flutter & ReactJS TomTom Map Integration

I'm in search of a proficient developer to incorporate certain TomTom Map features into my existing Flutter and ReactJS apps.

- Route Planning
- Location Tracking
- Traffic Information
- Rewards per delivery
- MIllage calculation
- Time arrival estimation

The ideal candidate should have:
