Fix bugs and ad reward ads

I have a webpage-app made with Cordova.

What are my problems?
1- İ have reward ads end of all section. "Watch ads and get 2x point or coin"
My developer cant make it. Sometimes user exit ads but can earn point. Sometimes user watch ads but cant earn point. Now, if user watch ads at the end, earn anything. I want to fix it.
2- I have 3 page on database. They are text pages only, how to play, privacy policy and rules. How to play is working on app. But privacy policy and rules looking only white page with scrool bar.
İ think text are there but same color as background. So we cant see. (I am not sure but I am explaining scrool bar as this)
Now my budget is 60-80 dollars for this job.
İ think if you make it before, you an fix easily, because this isnt problem for experience user. Basic problems. So we can work.
