Fix Cordova Plugin

I need someone who can fix cordova plugin "Cordova crypt file plugin"

The plugin is not updated anymore by the author, so i try to get some help from you guys.
Previously, this plugin is running very well with Android 9 and below without error, but after i have updated using Android 10, this plugin can not be used anymore. I got this error "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED(http:/localhost/+++/index.html) " when i use Android 10.
The problem is google playstore now only accept Android 10.
Budget 10 dollars.
