Create Capacitor plugin for iOS -- 2

Create a Capacitor plugin to use with Ionic (iOS only). This plugin must be able to show Appodeal interstitial ads according to this guide: https://wiki.appodeal.com/en/ios/get-started
It does not need to support Android, only iOS. To test the plugin, create an Ionic 5 or 6 ANGULAR project and import this plugin and make it show interstitial ads on iOS build after click a button.
