Create Capacitor plugin for Ionic (iOS only)

Create a Capacitor plugin able to show ads from IronSource (https://developers.is.com/ironsource-mobile/ios/ios-sdk/#step-1). It should be created using Capacitor 3 and tested (showing test ads) using an Ionic app with Angular 12. No need for Android support, only iOS required. To validade the project, create a hello world app with Ionic Angular, add the created Capacitor plugin, add "show interstitial" and "show banner" buttons. When running the project on cellphone, after click on "show interstitial", the app shows an interstitial ad from IronSource. Similar behavior for "show banner" button.
