Cordova plugin, which creates music video from image url and mp3 url

I am looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in developing Cordova plugins. The project involves creating a plugin that can generate music videos from an image URL and an MP3 URL. The plugin must be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
Plugin should accept an mp3 url, image url as input and create a video with static image, audio playing and waveform synthesis. We need this to work on both ios and android.
