Cordova mirror app screen to chromecast

Task:
I am looking for a developer who can help me out with a task. We have build a cordova app which consists out of a couple of html pages. Now we want to be able to mirror our app on a TV or other devices that supports chromecast. We know on android devices there is the functionality to mirror the screen, but the support for this is limited. Therefor we want to see if we can achieve this in the cordova app.
It's similar to what you can do in the chrome browser:

We already did some research:
- There is the https://github.com/miloproductionsinc/cordova-plugin-chromecast which maybe can be used to mirror the full app instead of objects.
- There is also the presenting api, but I think this is not mirroring the screen:

- There is a plugin what seems to do what we want, but it's old and only build for IOS

It would be great if the current chromecast plugin can be used for this, else we need somebody to write us a new cordova plugin to achieve this.
