Convert phonegap app to Flutter

Hi, we are looking for a skilled developer who is able to transfer part of our mobile application created in Phonegap / Sencha technology to Flutter technology, in which a new application is already being created.
This is the GEOFUN application, which also has an online version at www.geofun.online. The application offers geolocation and e-learning games, which are downloaded to the application and after download can be run. We need to convert the function of the running game into a new application written in Flutter.
If you are interested in the contract, please let me know what your experience is with both Phonegap and Flutter technologies.
