Convert Cordova Mapping App to Flutter

We have a Cordova app (iOS and Android) that we are looking to convert to Flutter. The primary reason is the advance of large data sets (geojson) and offline capabilities of the Flutter mapping libraries. We run our own open street map server for tile caching.
