Azure AD developer: Need to configure Xamarin Mobile app with Azure AD and Application Proxy.

We have a web application hosted in an intranet server and the same website is also registered in the azure ad using an application proxy to access the web through the other networks. We are able to access the website through other networks but we are unable to use the API's in the mobile application developed in Xamarin.
