Skilled Debt Collection Agent Required

Key Responsibilities:
Contact debtors via phone to recover outstanding balances
Negotiate repayment terms professionally and effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activity
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection
Third-party collections experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Willing to work EST hours

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate: $4 - $6 (USD)
