Looking for A CSR for our company

Hello I'm looking for a company to do CSR work for me. The company or person bidding on this job will need to speak great English and sound professional and work our hours of operation. The job requirements of this job would be calling former customers to see if they require work done. following up with customers after work is competed and answering phone calls as they come in. I will require you to learn basic knowledge on HVAC equipment and learn our service plans .
