Your typical day will revolve around answering inbound calls, resolving questions about our services, and following up when an issue needs a little extra digging. Because every interaction represents our brand, I expect a professional tone, accurate information, and prompt resolution on each call. If you have used cloud-based phone systems, ticketing platforms, or CRM tools before, let me know—that familiarity will help you hit the ground running.
I value autonomy, so once you understand our knowledge base you’ll be trusted to manage your own queue, document each interaction, and flag any recurring problems you notice. Previous customer support experience is appreciated but not mandatory; strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving instincts are non-negotiable.
