Role Overview:
As an Equipment Host, you will help us by looking after and managing our equipment in your location. This equipment helps us simulate a local presence for monitoring and analysis in different countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Equipment Support:
Restart equipment when needed (e.g., routers or phones).
Check that phones and devices are properly connected.
SIM Card Management:
Purchase local SIM cards (we will cover the cost).
Help install SIM cards into our equipment.
Report Issues:
Let us know if something isn't working or if there are problems.
Requirements:
Basic tech skills (e.g., restarting routers, checking connections).
Located in the required country or region.
Able to purchase SIM cards (we reimburse all costs).
