Customer Service Rep - Home Services Company
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are a growing landscaping company in the Pacific Northwest area of the US. We're looking for some help during our busiest times of year, from April until September, but this year we need to get moving a little earlier (right now!) due to a team member's upcoming maternity leave. We also have our entire office working remotely since the start of the pandemic and don't plan to stop so we're exploring help from outside sources like you!
In this role you would:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Enter leads and schedule sales appointments
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the provided methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
And we're looking for someone who has:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone and active listening skills
Familiarity with software such as CRMs and Microsoft Office
A customer oriented mindset that can adapt to different types of personalities
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize an evolving task list daily
