Call center for collections in Philippines or India

I am looking for a call center in either Philippines or India to handle debt collections for my existing business.
Requirements:
- The call center should have experience and expertise in debt collections.
- The call center should be able to provide 1-10 call center agents to handle the collections.
- Fluent English speaking agents are preferred.
- The call center should have a reliable infrastructure and technology to handle the calls efficiently.
- The agents should be able to handle sensitive and difficult conversations professionally.
- Experience in working with financial institutions or debt collection agencies is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in debt collections and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotional situations.
- Knowledge of CRM software and call center technologies.
