Subsurface Production Well Tech Expert

Seeking collaboration with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production engineering for the oil and gas sector. The focus is on implementing new technology to optimize production applicable for onshore, offshore, conventional & unconventional wells.
Responsibilities:
- integrating real-time data, supporting long-term well operations, enabling proactive interventions, and
driving performance using cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Assess current production techniques and identify areas for technological enhancement.
- Research and propose cutting-edge technologies tailored for our subsurface production wells.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of new technologies on production metrics.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in :
Failure & Scale formation prediction
Well integrity & erosion analysis
Predictive modeling for redundancy & component failure (PDG, ICV, EMA, Downhole Network)
Wet/Dry connectors, TECs, subsea communication, and downhole electric power
Data integration (hydraulic, electrical, fiber optic, and topside systems)
Help with Digital Twin development for e-IWC & FO systems
Predictive maintenance models and remote diagnostics
Early Bubble & slug detection
Multiphase virtual metering
Strong analytical skills to assess reservoir performance and production techniques.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive background in well production engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of implementing technology in production optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess reservoir performance and production techniques.
