Read and interpret oil well logs for wells in Coleman County Texas

We need help interpreting oil well logs for 5 wells in Texas. We were making 22 barrels of oil/day for three months, and now two of them don't pump up, and the other three are making 8 total barrels of oil per day. We think we are in the wrong depth for where we are, and we don't want to hire a local. If you can read Gamma Ray logs we are probably good.
