We’re looking for an Animal groomer/Pet Groomer to join our passionate pet loving team at Easzo Healthcare who are willing to travel to pet’s place and provide pet grooming services.

Required Qualification and Skills:
• Experience: 1 year or more
• Salary: 10,000- 15,000 per month. The salary will be varying and will differ based on number of consultations/Service Bookings.
• Languages known: English/ Kannada/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Hindi etc.,
• Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday/Saturday (Weekends based on Service bookings received from clients)
• Employment Type: Full Time/ Part Time
• Education: 12+ and above, Any Pet grooming training certificates are value add and preferred.
• Location: Bengaluru
• Services include: Haircut, bathing, nail clipping, ear cleaning and others.
Objectives of this Role
• Deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners by executing style requests, communicating clearly and honestly, and bringing a positive attitude to work each day.
• Provide exemplary cosmetic care for pets at their comfortable home, being gentle and patient with anxious and difficult animals
• Protect the best interests of our customers and their pets, notifying owners of any concerns, including skin abnormalities, ear infections, ticks, and fleas
• Help our organization continue to grow by forming fruitful relationships with customers that result in repeat visits
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Clean and freshen pet hair by washing, shampooing, and conditioning it
• Shave, trim, and style pet hair according to the owner’s preferences
• Maintain overall pet hygiene by clipping nails, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears
• Keep a clean work station by sanitizing and sweeping before reaching/travel to the next new client and at the end of each workday.
• Advise owners on at-home care tips and best practices for their pets
• Experience in grooming the pets
• Understand and comfort the pet
• Pet visiting as per the schedule
• Patience and trustworthy
• Being friendly with the pets
Skills and Qualifications:
• Comfortable working with animals, including anxious ones
• Ability to stand for at least two hours and lift heavy animals over 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job
• Practiced verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated passion for animals
• Prior grooming experience
• Experience working with animals in a professional or volunteer capacity
• Professional certification (such as from the National Dog Groomers Association of America)
• Experience working in a customer service-oriented role
