Greenhouse Farming Advisory and Training

I'm looking for an expert in greenhouse farming who can provide advisory services for 5-10 greenhouses, each between 100-500 square meters, located in Rwanda. The advisory services should cover selecting the right crops, the best cultivation techniques, effective irrigation and fertilization methods, and pest and disease management. Furthermore, I aim to empower my local staff through training, so you will need to design a greenhouse farming training aimed at our team, who have basic agricultural training. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience in the domain of greenhouse farming in various climatic conditions. Assessment of local climate and soil conditions will be an added advantage. Your ability to communicate complex horticultural concepts in a simplified, engaging, and achievable manner is a must.
