command kodi via json-rpc with google assistant, locally.

in the past, we used iftt but it no longer works with google assistant, dialogflow also no longer works with google assistant since 2023 and also google actions.
I'm looking for a method to achieve the goal avoiding opening ports on the router, at most we can use clouflare to reach the local ip of kodi, for those who have feasible ideas, come forward.
