To help expand this impact, we’re looking for a freelance Outreach Partner who is intuitive, empathetic, and energized by meaningful work.

The Role:
As an Outreach Partner, you’ll play a key role in connecting people to their first moment of support - especially those navigating personal development or emotional challenges.
You’ll engage with individuals through online communities (Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.) or your own network, gently guiding them toward a free clarity session. This isn’t about cold selling - it’s about building trust and offering a hand when someone needs it most.

Responsibilities:
• Research and engage in online communities where people seek emotional support (e.g., mental health Facebook groups, reddit, LinkedIn, self-help spaces, discord, etc.) or use your own network to reach potential clients.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages
• Start warm, non-invasive conversations that lead to booking a free session.
• Redirect interested leads to our booking form
• Use a custom link and simple tracker to log interest and follow-ups
• Communicate with warmth, patience, and understanding - especially with people in emotionally sensitive states
• Suggest new outreach strategies or channels if inspired

- This is a freelance commission-based role.
- You’ll receive 40% of the first payment made by each client you refer (e.g., if a client books a $150 package, you earn $60)
= Commissions are paid promptly after the client has completed their payment
- As the business grows, future opportunities may include higher commissions and ongoing bonuses
