Emotional Intelligence Self-Awareness Plan

Job ID: 39813097

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have just completed the Global Leadership Foundation’s Emotional Intelligence Test (GEIT) and the results confirm what I suspected: self-awareness is the competency that will most move the needle for me at work. I’m looking for a consultant who can translate those insights into a practical, day-to-day improvement roadmap that I can start using immediately.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A concise interpretation of my GEIT self-awareness score (I will share the PDF once we start).

• Self-reflection tools—journaling prompts, quick check-in questions, or a simple dashboard—that let me track progress without turning this into another full-time job.
• Clear indicators of success so I know when the habit is sticking and when it needs adjustment.

Please weave in proven techniques such as mindfulness exercises, cognitive reframing, or other evidence-based approaches you’ve used before. Experience is what matters most to me, so in your bid briefly describe similar EI or leadership-coaching projects you’ve completed and any frameworks or models you prefer (Goleman, Genos, EQ-i 2.0, etc.).

I plan to start right away and will be available for quick clarifications throughout the project.

A. Complete and submit your GEIT results by attaching a PDF or a screenshot of the test results page to your submission.

Note: The preferred method for submitting your work is to submit the written portion of your work as a Word document and the GEIT results as a separate PDF attachment.

B. Apply either the research of Peter Salovey and John D. Mayer or Daniel Goleman to explain two ways you can improve your intrapersonal areas of opportunity, self-awareness, and self-management from your GEIT results.

C. Describe two EI communication techniques that can improve your interpersonal relationship areas of opportunity, social awareness, and relationship management from the GEIT results.

D. Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.
