Creat a training staff chatbot

My project is to create a training staff chatbot on a website. This chatbot needs to be designed to help with training and onboarding new staff members. This project will require creating comprehensive materials to be used in place of traditional training staff members. To ensure that the bot can effectively help in the training process, I will need help designing these materials. I am looking for someone who is well-knowledgeable in the design processes and can suggest methods and activities to guide users through their learning process in an engaging way.
