This project includes a new city where no resident will have to go outside the building. The building consists of 14 recreational zones where a 130-meter high waterfall falls on the rock. The area on top of the building is divided into 5 sections: restaurant, wedding hall, conference hall, night club and the fifth section is still confidential. The skyscraper includes a school, a kindergarten, a mall, a cinema, spa saunas and a sports-relaxation complex.
