Senior Web Developer for an existing medical image processing product (C++, Perl, C#/.NET)

We are looking for a senior level of software engineer who can help with improvement on an existing medical service product.
It uses some 3rd party services to connect with many sub services but it is outdated and doesn't work properly within the recent releases. This is an on going position with a lot of interesting work.
C#, .NET experience is a must to have and knowledge of C++/C desktop applications and Perl programming language is a huge plus.
We need an engineering level of developer not a programmer who can dig into the things and find out solutions.
