Script needed: Perl storable file to JSON

A file that consists of multiple Perl storables needs to be converted to JSON.

For this, I ask you to complete my original Perl script so that it processes all the storables inside the input file. Currently my script simply converts the first storable in the input file.

Now the script outputs a JSON array, but after the work, it should output an array of arrays.
