Perl Based Automation

Job Description :-
The job in this category involves Perl based scripting and automation. The work involves both fixing bugs in existing scripts and creating new scripts. They can be in following types but not limited to -
a) Read XLS files and dump the information in hash. Loop through various parts of hash and scoop out text in cells, process the content of cell, run evaluation of cell content which may include Perl code snippet and dump the processed text in one or more text file in Verilog/SV language.
b) Create Perl templates which have multiple commandline arguments and create internal loop etc to dump out text in languages as Verilog, SV or plain bash commandlines.
Desired Skillset :-
Good in Perl scripting, debugging ( not Application level or Web-programming Perl). Good in Perl arrays, hash etc data-structures, and aptitude to debug problems.
Time Availability -
a) Desirable to have at least 10-15+ hours per week for the work.
b) Able to support next 1-2 months minimum.
