PERL Paypal PDT IPN API subscription button integration
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
need a perl programmer who is completely familiar with Paypal Integration.
I have been testing for weeks now in sandbox and paypal live. Getting odd results sometimes. Perhaps time to look at a new API PERL template.
My existing scripts are from github (search paypal perl and github comes up multiple times). I have 2 scripts but not sure if i need to. The first is "subscribe" which i put into the Paypal subscription button advanced options under 'notify_url'. The second is the "Return URL' inside paypal "success". Not sure if i am doing that right.
Have been working with something similar to this

Possible i am not fully understanding the paypal flow
I am sure this is not rocket science. Must be simple. Just not seeing it.
does anyone have an out of the box PERL script for this very purpose? Or could work with what i have?
Maybe there is a better modern Paypal API script to use?
