I'm looking for a freelancer to create a .spec file to compile Perl 5.36.0 (x86_64) into an RPM (using rpmbuild) on a CentOS / AlmaLinux machine.
I'm currently writing a project in Perl and I would like to use the latest version of Perl outside of the system Perl so I can control everything.
