Create EXIF Tools script for custom application

We're looking for a custom EXIF Tools script that can do the following:
For use on parent folder containing subfolders of images:
- Check all images for GPS metadata
- Return names of files without GPS metadata or GPS == 0.000000, 0.000000
- Print Summary of no. images checked, images passed, images failed
EXIF Tools can be located here: https://exiftool.org/
Must be a simple script with GUI that can be run by basic users on image directories.
