Activating Login page in ePrints

I have an ePrints installed on my server with Plesk control panel. Due to some upgrading to other applications, the login page of the ePrints disappeared. When I click on Login, or Create account, I get the following message:

This page isn’t working
eprints.koyauniversity.org redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I need somebody to return back the login page.
