Windows DC Failover & NIC Tuning

I run two on-prem Dell servers running Windows Server 2022 that act as DC1 and DC2. I need DC2 to seamlessly pick up every internet-facing request whenever DC1 is offline, so the environment never misses a beat.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• Implement a rock-solid failover strategy by configuring failover clustering, setting up load balancing, and putting proper DNS failover in place.
• Review and fine-tune the NICs on both servers—especially teaming and performance parameters—so they align with Microsoft and Dell best practices.
• Validate that each change works through controlled tests, then document the exact steps for my records.
• Once everything is stable, stay on board for ongoing monitoring and maintenance to keep the solution healthy and up to date.
