Nextcloud Cloud Storage Performance Optimization

My self-hosted Nextcloud instance is up and running, but it still behaves more like a proof-of-concept than the snappy cloud-storage solution I need day to day. I’m looking for a seasoned Nextcloud specialist who can step in, review my current setup, and apply solid performance-tuning practices.
What I’ve got
• A functioning, up-to-date Nextcloud deployment being used primarily for personal and small-team file storage and sync
• Server-level access (SSH / root) plus admin credentials inside Nextcloud
What I need from you
• Profiling and pinpointing the current bottlenecks (database, PHP, caching layer, webserver)
• Implementing best-practice tuning: Redis or Memcached, OPCache / APCu, database indexing tweaks, appropriate cron configuration, and any recommended PHP-FPM or Nginx/Apache adjustments
• Verifying that large-file uploads, external storage mounts, and desktop/mobile sync clients respond noticeably faster after your work
• A concise summary of changes so I can reproduce or undo them later if needed
