Achieve 99+ Mobile PageSpeed Score

Our WordPress site (Woodmart theme, Elementor builder, RepairPlugin as the core business logic) already reaches 92 + on desktop, yet sits around 46 on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile. I have trimmed bloat, set up full-page caching, and optimised the obvious render-blocking resources, but we still need an expert performance pass that gets us to a stable 80 + on mobile without sacrificing any existing functionality.

At this stage I honestly don’t know which bottleneck weighs the most—whether it is image delivery, JavaScript execution, server time, or a combination—so part of the brief is to confirm the priority areas and explain why each change matters. The same goes for third-party scripts and plugins: I have no hard evidence that any of them are the culprits, so your investigative eye is essential.
