ASML I-Line Process Stability Consultant

Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD

Our I-line ASML stepper line is running, but we need an improvement I need an applications specialist who can dive straight into optimization and performance tuning with a laser focus on process stability and control. The immediate goal is to tighten overly repeatability and set up a robust strategy for ongoing parameter monitoring and adjustment.

What I will share with you
• Current process recipes, exposure dose and focus data, baseline overlay numbers, and SPC charts.
• Recent run sheets highlighting the repeatability issues.
• Remote access to the tool’s log files and the application server if required.

What I need back from you
• A clear diagnostic of the instability source, supported by data you extract from the ASML logs and my SPC records.
• Recommended parameter windows (dose, focus, illumination, step height, etc.) that minimise variation while preserving throughput.
• A step-by-step plan—preferably in an Excel or PDF playbook—showing how to implement run-to-run or real-time feedback loops for continuous monitoring.
• A short knowledge-transfer session (video or live call) so my team can maintain the improvements without external help.

Acceptance criteria
1. wafer to wafer overlay variation with dual image printing reduced to 1%.
2. Parameter control plan delivered, reviewed, and understood by my shift engineers.

Experience with ASML LithoTune, DoseMapper, and any in-fab APC/SPC software is a plus; solid familiarity with I-line optics and illumination settings is essential.
