Streamlined Zoho HR Setup & Training

I am rolling out Zoho People at a startup company and want the core HR pieces up and running fast, but with the polish you would normally see in an enterprise deployment. The scope is limited to configuring three modules—Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, and Time & Attendance—using the platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities. No custom Deluge scripts, blueprints, or complex automations are required right now; I simply want a clean, best-practice setup that my team can grow into later.

I want an understanding of onboarding e.g.if I user joins they are in a certain Azure Entra groups this will feed their access controls etc.

What I need from you:
• Configure the three modules so they work seamlessly together, including roles, forms, fields, approvals, and notifications that come standard in Zoho People.
• Populate a small set of sample data to prove everything hangs together.
• Walk my team through the workflow in a live screen-share session and leave us with concise, step-by-step documentation we can reference afterward.

I have admin access to Zoho One and will handle user provisioning and change-management internally; your job is to translate your big-company lessons into a lightweight, scalable configuration for a startup environment.
