I am looking for a structured Service Level Agreement and Operation Level Agreements already built for other customers specifically design for:
- Microsoft Infrastructure as a Service
- Microsoft Software as a Service
- IT Managed Service Provider
Suitable candidates are ones that have already developed SLAs that align with the above needs. I am not looking for requirements gathering, developing new ones out of the box. This request is simple for someone that has already developed these which can be reused.
