Accounting Controlling Model for PhD
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a comprehensive accounting controlling research model check (phD Level) focused on performance management Business Partnering & Ambidexterity.
I already have a model and constructs in mind for my upcoming survey.
My challenge is not so much the technical side, but rather how to explain why I chose these constructs, how to justify the relationships between them, and how to show why the model is relevant for my research context.
I’ve been working with some example papers as a foundation, but I need help in turning that into a clear argumentation line that I can present to my professor.

You are more experienced with that so it could help me to clarify where the relevance is and why i took the exact constructs and model. d Items of the constructs for the model and also ive sent you the 3 example papers. The question is how to explain why I chose these constructs, how to justify the relationships between them, and how to show why the model is relevant for my research context. Also why the research is relevant and also right now it is a little bit too similar to the example papers where i took it from. So what is my OWN Relevance and what is the NOVELTY in my research. Also if you have ideas how to make it better make it better or explain it better or what makes more sence. Please also read the example papers. The CONTEXT OF THE SURVEY: We will have a survey with Finance professionals (broad range) so not only financial accountants but also CFO's and also different roles (similar like in bedford paper). And we will ask them on a Company level not on personal level. (so we cannot have personal constructs like stress / role conflict and so on)
