Freelance (Bug Bounty/Pen.Test.) Team wanted

Hello: I am a member also but not very technically inclined. Would you be interested in working on bug bounty projects as a team member?It as a standby team member? I am contacting other freelancers to see if they would like to be on my team.Maybe penetration testing projects? As a sub contractor? I would secure the project and would forward the project to the whole team or team member depending on the size of the project.I do not have any team members yet.Of course the amount of pay for team members would be adjusted according to the size of the project and number of team members.
