Advanced-Level Cybersecurity Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
We are a startup working on a highly confidential and private internal project. Due to the sensitive nature of this initiative, we require a highly experienced Cybersecurity Specialist with strong expertise in advanced security testing and simulation techniques.
This is not a basic vulnerability scanning or standard assessment role. We need an expert capable of performing comprehensive, advanced-level security testing against robust environments while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Project Duration: 2 to 3 months (possible extension based on project needs)
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 per month (premium budget for the right expert with proven advanced skills)
Key Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced cybersecurity testing and security operations
Must hold advanced professional certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CRTP, OSEP, or equivalent (please list them clearly in your proposal)
Proven expertise in full-scope advanced security testing, including attack simulation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence techniques, and evasion methods in complex environments
Strong experience with enterprise-level network security testing, Active Directory environments, and modern defense bypass techniques
Ability to work with high discretion, document detailed findings professionally, and provide clear technical reports with actionable recommendations
Excellent understanding of real-world adversary tactics and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK

This is a strictly confidential project. A strong NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be required and signed before any detailed discussion or work begins.
All activities will be strictly within the authorized scope provided by us.
We are offering premium compensation of ₹3 Lakhs per month for exceptional candidates with advanced certifications and real-world advanced testing experience.
Mid-level profiles, only basic certifications (like CompTIA Security+ or non-renewed CEH), or general experience will not be considered.
What to include in your proposal (mandatory):
List of your advanced certifications (e.g., OSCP, GPEN, CRTP etc.)
Years of experience in advanced security testing
High-level summary of similar advanced testing or simulation projects you have handled (no client names or confidential details needed)
Your availability for a 2-3 month engagement
Confirmation that you are comfortable signing a strict NDA
Only serious applicants with advanced-level expertise and relevant certifications should apply. Generic or irrelevant proposals will be ignored.
